Buying a vehicle from Big Island Toyota - it's the right thing to do.

I had a problem with my '08 Tacoma.  It wouldn't hold a decent load without bottoming out in the rear and it rode like a car.  I mentioned it to David in service and he had me make an appointment for today.

I brought my truck in at 5:15.  David got there at 5:30 and he was about the fourth person to arrive.  That's dedication.  In any case. You replaced the rear springs in my truck, aligned it, washed it and the bill was almost $1,500, ALL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! 

I love that dealership and I was honored to meet Mr. DeLuz when I bought my truck.  He told me his company would take care of me and everyone there has. I have NEVER had a complaint.

Anyone who buys a car from any dealer but a DeLuz Dealership is making a serious mistake.  Having confidence in your dealer is the best part of owning a car or truck and I have had, or know people who have had experiences with EVERY other dealer on the island that they can complain about.   Anyone who wants to know can ask me about the crooks at the Honda store or the incompetent fools at the Ford dealership.  But NO ONE can complain about Big Island Toyota/Scion/Mazda (and soon, Chevrolet).

Buying a truck from Big Island Toyota was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
